My name is Nicole, and this is my blog/e-portfolio for our FLAN class.
I'm not sure what sort of introduction should be here, so here's this:
I am currently working on my MA in French at the U of A; I'm in my last semester and should graduate this May. After this I plan to go on for a Ph.D., and I'm waiting on answers from the schools to which I have applied.
Before this, I got my BA (French, minors in psychology and secondary education) and my MAT (Masters in the Arts of Teaching, emphasis secondary education and French) here at the U of A as well.
I really like to read (but not so much for school). I enjoy cross-stitching. I'm a big fan of movies, particularly old ones. I'm quirky. The only sport I'm even remotely good at playing is volleyball. I like to watch football and NASCAR. Yes, really. I have the cutest cat in the world; her name is Coco.
I'm not sure what else to say here, so let's leave it at that. If you have questions, leave a comment or something. :)
